It is what it is , but the real question is who do you believe? It is possible that IDCC played it straight and are now getting burned by Nokia. If you think about it.... it is in the pr area that IDCC is most vunerable and that is exactly where they are being attacked. It is clear Nokia is gaining an advantage. I would have just assumed Marsala never been involved....he did'nt tell me anything then or now....today's comment does not make sense.....but is typical.
