duke this is all if. If the SansII is successful the military might want a few to modify for their purposes; ie, outfit with high resolution radar for use in Iraq. The government/DOD will many times purchase products that are/or appear to be qualified for a purpose and they will ship them as GFE to such places as Raytheon or Lockheed Martin to see what can be done. If they find out that they are a fit, a contract is released, sole sourced, for some number over some period of time.
