VNDM has been absolutely relentless for 6 months in diluting the hell out of TPAC. It is a very touchy subject for TpacRuse and Bill. They continue to claim they don't know who is doing it. Bullshit. Somebody knows. They have to with that many shares flooding the market. It would certainly explain why the TA has been gagged. The question is where does it stop? Nobody but Bill and/or TpacRuse knows the answer to that.

By the way, remember the pics and hype from Bill about the production facility in China being setup and ready to go? I recall that there were "pending orders" and "contracts". In fact, TpacRuse tweeted 9/20 - 9/22 about two contracts and NWE's being prepped. Not a peep about them since then. It seems Bill never ever closes on anything....ever. We can start with Projen and Boeing back around January 2016 as a start.

TPAC is always talking about the race horse about to be released from the starting gate. But, you aren't really allowed to see the starting gate. You aren't allowed to see the horse. However, they are always happy to take your bets as they promise a first place winner and the massive payout. Meanwhile, the horse is really just a big fat pig....and a dead one at that. LOL!!
