i don't know why anyone would sell for so low a price, ever. what is the point of stock if you don't make a profit? Who the heck cares about such small ambition. It doesn't even pay for the transaction!!

I know, nobody sells until the stock is at least .01!!! Wow! Why would we want to make a reasonable gain! That would be so stupid.

Ok, so here is rule. No one can sell until there is a 1000% profit. So buy 10 bucks worth and cash in for a 1000 or even a 100. Just do something that makes sense.
