As far as the "Dubious" technology of Kevin Jones/Cardinal goes.....

I assume it does what it is supposed to do. Chlorination and filtering are not difficult concepts. The dubious part is why a highly technological world power like China would need to out-source that kind of technology. And why a Red Bird would have to be sent from the US instead of assembled there, from readily available parts. Or why it makes sense to have a trailer-mounted water treatment unit for a little town near the Kazakh border - the mobility implies that it would it be temporary. Why not just build a water treatment facility?

KJ on his way to China? Why not keep his investors informed? Not even a twit about it. Link?
