well I agree with your opinion and will add that management HAS to deliver a significant commercial contract prior to shareholder meeting...

and don't forget about dissenters' rights if it gets down to it - I won't

I am surprised at the mellow trading today... I expected a lot worse and heaver volume...

over the last 10 years I've only experienced 1 company that survived going from the otc to Nasdaq that was a 10-1 RS/uplist in 2012 and five years later the pps shrank back to where it started prior to the RS
