An R/S is neither bad nor good. Its the details, motivation behind the R/S, repercussions to the common shareholder, and backing value of the company that make an R/S good or bad.
I think most are scared of an R/S on this board, because there is still no CURRENT solid value to the company. There is an enormous amount of potential value and this could be a miracle OTC stock talked about for years to come, however, we aren't there yet. Still no commercial sales or contracts. Still no dots in any commercial product.
I am going to wait to see what happens in the next two months to make any further judgement. Guess I will keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best. I wont hesitate to back those voting No if things don't appear to be lining up, even if I only own a few hundred thousand shares.
