Actually that might depend. If I did all the of the necessary work ahead of the Russians falling down, then while the buck stops with me,I'd take responsibility for the the failure of the deal, however not being the impetus of the failure but a party too it.

I've had major deals unravel in front of me a dozen times and I'm sure Im not the only one. Holding Huffs feet to the flame is only for Seth,Byron et all. No one is perfect.Meanwhile, hes a great judge of talent surrounding himself with some savvy shrewd people, who will get the jobs done.
My top 3, who run my business are in their late 60's early 70's and not a day goes buy I don't learn something. Huff is a few years younger then me and he has learned that picking the musicans is more important then the music.
