...IMO, Mr. Huff should have negotiated a downpayment from Internafta before announcing the deal...also, I do not believe that he did his DD re : Internafta itself...
...in addition, a default penalty agreement should have been signed...this may have had Internafta thinking twice before "agreeing" to the deal, which I believe that they (Internafta) never had an intention of completing...
...my feeling re : Mr. Huff had always been that I believe that he is completely "above board", with tremendous vision, work ethic and integrity...I simply feel that he is overmatched as CEO...this is my OPINION...and no one can take that away from me...
