Berman was telling Seth that DECN was definitely going to win 700 million dollars from Johnson in the patent case, DECN was going be a billion dollar company and during the time period Berman told Seth that Johnson and Johnson had just settled the previous lawsuit and paid DECN 30 million dollars.

During the talks Berman told Seth to screw the TAUG shareholders and take care of himself. Bozo Berman would take care of Seth by bonus I guess him millions of shares of DECN. AT that time red flags went up because Seth stated he was yelling and acting crazy. Next Berman texted Seth to have me leak certain portions of a positive article that was coming out to investors. Berman was editing the article himself.
