The tech readiness that is defined is where you would expect it to be at if you further read the other levels of tech readiness then look at whats been going on with other companies that are in the process of integrating NEAHS tech into theirs and then realize that thats pretty much the level they are at no need to spin anything. As it takes time as I have been stating since like forever.

NEAH has gotten plenty of funding from major companies over the years how do you think all that money that some on here that they said has been lost has went into??? Surely you do not think it just went into the Docs pockets that did not allow them to have a product that would allow agreements with major companies and governments around the world lol. Which brings me to my next point as this one and that tie together.

The fund is to advance what they already have etc. not to try and figure out a way to mimick some accidental results NEAH came upon that they can no longer produce lol. Hence they dont need that massive amount they already spent massive amounts to get it where its at currently the lab grant was because the lab they had would not allow them to dig deeper as the tech of the lab was no good enough to advance or break down the tech to figure out ways to better it they have stated this before.
