So basically everyone knows that hundreds of millions of shares will hit the street; the question is when?
Market always works with future events, I don't get it why somebody would buy shares by knowing they can be the last one holding the bag?

I've been in the game long enough I can tolerate certain pumping, which is part of the game.
However, knowing that 100s of millions will be diluted soon and still pumping to make couple of $$? That's evil and it's not worth it. And bad karma will catch us for that.
Don't do it guys, think of ignorant people who will get hurt badly at the end. We don't need to be evil to make money, there always will be other opportunities
