Did I read that form 4 correctly?

Novalere received another 12,808,796 shares of INNV, for a total of 25,617,592 shares... Thats just shy of the 25,895,312 shares agreed upon to purchase Fluticare. Half of the shares were due upon the close of the deal in 2015, and the remaining shares were due upon receiving ANDA approval.. Early Christmas present coming?!
