I absolutely agree with you on the timing. No reason to uplist until after CAFC. Reverse Splits on the OTC usually scare people because they know dilution is next. Kidrin made it clear in August funding is available with private investors.

If you start seeing Cross-Trades pre & post hours that's a sign of dilution ... GL
