Timing wise, he would want exposure after damages are awarded in my view (or potentially just prior depending on how the stock is trading at that time)
My guess is, he won't even consider a reverse split until after the CAFC is dealt with (assuming this process goes there prior to district court)
Should the appeals benefit us, the stock will move considerably (decreasing the ratio / amount of the reverse split) and will be in the right spot to seek exposure on the nasdaq
We will also then be well positoned to explode after district court as positive ptab rulings plus hopefully at least a marginal improvement from the CAFC puts us in a commanding position prior to a jury trial
