341 SEC registered stocks that are minimally one year delinquent in filing Financials. These stocks are at risk of an SEC suspension and subsequent revocation of their stock registrations. The risks increase exponentially the longer the SEC registered company remains delinquent in filing required Financials.


When the SEC suspends an SEC registered stock for delinquent Financials it is too late for the company to remedy the delinquencies and their stock registrations will be revoked....no known exceptions in the last 7 years, ie., out of 1,454 SEC Suspensions for Financials delinquencies ALL 1,454 stock registrations were revoked.
