Is current CEO able to sign 10 single-use sensors purchase order?

An ACTUAL REAL purchase order, not a maybe future deal of maybe sales. An actual PO signed.

No?

Why?

I'm not asking for a PO of 1,000,000. I'm asking for a PO of 10. And not from crappy online sales. A REAL purchase order from a REAL retail customer.
