Notice: All Folks, I would like to summary what all about the merge and 8-K here.

1. According to the law firm that we talk about yesterday, there are no confirm this is a real or not.
2. According to US Civil Law, if any law firm in the US working with client and want to disclose any information out have to have a authorize from the client to do so or they will violate the privacy law.
3. Base on OTC Market last week about the "Stop" sign that telling us there are something going internal inside trader here it would be under investigation right now it maybe delay the news coming out.
4. If you guy here go back and forth to post bad comment here will hurt yourself and another members in this board.
5. If you guy had called the law firm office or email them please post the proof and the person that you talked with!
6. The active report uplist in Nevada Business register for 3 new members is confirm correct and they are working with Pixel Mags right if you search on google there name will came up in LinkedIn. (If the merge not going on they don't need to hired the new board for it) Last few week ago I had check the board is inactive now turn in active that mean the merge still in progress but nee sometime to effect legal side before showing in SEC 8-K.
7. If the merge not going happen they should not hold off like this for a long time back in May 2016. (I will say waiting for few more weeks to see any result coming out!)

My overall as today SPCL/Pixel Mags is pending merge and in progress this time.
