Brewpup,

BTW, my LOL on last post was in response to your response to HYPI. Gave me a chuckle.

As to your comments.
The Zoetis and Zivo collaboration, IMO, is NOT validation. That could disappear tomorrow. What it does represent is that Zivo had prior sufficiently tested and proved its algae bioactive works as described for a bovine mastitis model. The data and the market opportunity was sufficient enough to warrant Zoetis working with Zivo and establishing a level of exclusivity. Zoetis informed of the required testing necessary for them to "CONSIDER" a license. Zivo is NOT guaranteed a license once the testing has been completed. And of course the bioactive must continue to perform at clinically significant levels to warrant moving beyond the collaboration.

Personally I expect the required testing to be very positive. However running with the big boys can be good and can be a nightmare. They can move as quickly or as slowly as they want with no concern for Zivo.

Not sure I understand this quote:

The continued involvement of HEPI is also validation. Firms like that have the ability to much more in depth due diligence than I can possibly do.

This stock moves on air and at the whim of whomever is itchy on a given day.

Always value a company on its fully diluted number. The FD market cap is roughly $33-35 million presently. So what does Zivo has to even justify that valuation ? An algae strain that is in testing. They have identified verticals, today they are in ZERO verticals. The biotech valuation model I use takes into account size of the target market segment, adjusts that number based on completion of each step of the development process and further adjusts for other factors and market capture potential. For where Zivo is right now, the valuation is minimal but can jump quickly because of vertical options, size of vertical and progress.

Your buyout scenario, IMO, that is what I would desire, would force the conversion and exercise of all debt and warrants/options in order for those folks to cash out. That is part why always use FD numbers.

A 50 cents market valuation is closer to $140 million today fully diluted. It would take much more to justify for sure.

Historical moves upward on this stock are usually very swift and short lived followed by long periods of nothingness and downward movement. Excepting those moves that were the result of news, you cannot predict it. I could make it move to 20 cents today if I wanted to .... just because. And there is going to be plenty of overhang on any movement north (you can see it in the current trading .12 has been a wall and another 140K offered right now at that level when already had over 100K trade there - there have been multiple 6 figure offers on the board in the last couple weeks) at all levels because the stock is down or flat literally 90+% of the time. So if you haven't sold on spikes in the past, most of the shareholder base would be at a loss and likely very happy to recoup some of the money on upward movement.

As I said last week, I expect short term news from ZIVO. Actually I expect 2 or 3 PRs. I did not expect the patent news. Twas nice but of no real substantive value at present beyond an opportunity to inform and get your message out.

Amigo Mike
