I spoke with the attorney, late yesterday, as I too am on the Left coast. He confirmed he did in fact, write the email. He didnt elaborate much, but the tone was that we as shareholders should be receiving, or trying to receive, an update to the situation. Meaning there is likely a change of some sort. It sounds as if the Merger is delayed or fell through. And that there is an update us shareholders deserve to know. What was gathered was the talk of share structure in this shell. That could mean they have decided on a different shell. Maybe not if they can still get it worked out. Anyone involved in RMs into shell company tickers know that the share structure and setup dictates the cost of that shell. Over-bloated ones are less attractive and usually always cheaper. They may be looking into other shell tickers to Merge into or delay going public at all. Either way both are common practices. Remember its just a Merger into the shell. Not a Merger with SPCL and its business practices. So cancelling one shell deal for another isnt a big deal. That wont help us, but thats life in these.
I own shares here too, and many who follow us know we reach out and contact folks. Just be cautious, and be prepared to sell quickly if you see any updates showing delays or cancellations, because this ticker will rapidly drop back into those trips, and sit dormant again. You will want to be out as quickly as possible, to avoid the lessor headaches and losses.
This has now really become a true gamble. A gamble where to truly believe might be at major losses. Or in the interim it may be time to sit on the sidelines, and climb back in on more concrete updates. Thats up to each and every one of us to decide our plans. But I will state that based on my call, I think we should expect some sort or delay, cancellation, or modification. Only the company can give us this new update. Until then, we should expect to see some uncertainty. That uncertainty should reek a bit of havoc on the share price.
Just wanted to share what we know as of now. Were still trying to get a hold of those in charge of SPCLs shell. Just be prepared.
