Disclosing any details of the process.. Good, bad or neutral... If it's not public information then it's insider trading... Him just saying "it didn't close as of today" is not public knowledge and is considered insider trading... That much I do know as fact... Unless he is completly on the outside, but it didn't sound like that... Did it... But how could a securities lawyer make that kind of enormous mistake? It's just very confusing to me... any attorneys in the house to help?

Can no one provide insight on this? I've been asking for an hour now... I'm not a lawyer, and don't know the ins and outs of insider trading rules... Someone please clarify.
