The thing is its in the 8k, the last document we have from SPCL, literally states the firm involved. I would like to know the correct answer to; Do they have to file another public document if the merger wasnt going to happen or if the attorneys involved have been changed?

I suppose I could easily get that answer by calling TD ameritrade and talking to a broker. They have answered alot of questions like this in the paste for me
