I'm not yet convinced dilution is happening, as the stock is up significantly from a week ago, and profit taking is the norm in OTCs these days after such a rise, even when it could be going up much further. Not saying it isn't a concern, because it is. Need to hear from the CEO because if the filing is right they should be able to renegotiate or pay it off.
