IMPORTANT QUESTION Please Read: In the 10 K it says the follow

As our sales quarter over quarter for 2016 have been declining [they mention this is due to customers being delayed in building out their grow facility] our contractual sales have been increasing [...] $4,074,000 as of September 30, 2016. [...] Initially our sales contracts were dependent upon our customers ability to secure, license, and build their own grow facilities and thus revenue recognition was dependent upon shipping and our customers ability to receive the product. [...] This factor has slowed revenue recognition and increased contractual sales commitments [which they mention customers are locked into]. Beginning October 2016 all of our sales contracts will be Fright On Board Shipping. This removes any dependencies on our revenue recognition being tied to customers ability to receive product.

does this mean we can expect over 4 million of revenue Q4!? Someone please advise
