Still here, never left, just coming off of a a mil.dep and have been unable to post due to firewalls. Still dont have full access to all my accounts (facebook, etc, but will sooner than later).

AVXL's had a lot of ups and downs for sure, but I think given the monotherapy shift and recent partnership lineups, I think we will be in a very good position in 1 year or less. Add to this Lilly's concession on failed anti-amyloid approach, then the entire industry is following suit of giving up on that angle. They knew it was a failure years ago, they just couldn't admit it for multiple reasons.

And as several have mentioned, re: Dr's prior breadcrumbs of multi-shares bought on the open market, if he says 'positive' results, then I believe him. To piggy back the conspiracy theory of AVXL announcing positive results and wait to CTAD and the very next day Lilly quits their multi year multi million dollar studies, and one cannot beg to ask why.

I expect good results regarding mono therapy on 12/12. I expect a P3 partnership to be announced there after for ALZ - with who is the question, but I'd put a dollar on Lilly (and maybe $0.25 on Pfizer?).

Post 12/12 - Expect a bashing circuit from none other than AF/TS, likely saying 7 mono therapy patients (or however many) - is not enough. Likely to be the party theme. If you are swing trading, use that as your signal to cut some off the top. I won't, but just a suggestion.

But i'm fundamentally not too worried about the swings. Either way though, it'll be wild, but it'll go up.
