THESE MATTERS having come before the Court for a conference on
November 9, 2016; and the parties having raised the issue of consolidation; and the Court
having considered whether consolidation of these cases is appropriate; and it appearing
that the actions involve common questions of law and fact and common parties; and it
appearing that consolidation will avoid unnecessary costs and delay in discovery and
pretrial case management; and with the consent of all parties; and for other good cause
shown;

ORDERED that, Strikeforce Technologies, Inc. v. Duo Security Incorporated,
Civil Action No. 16-3571 (JMV); Strikeforce Technologies, Inc. v. Trustwave Holdings,
Civil Action No. 16-3573 (JMV); and Strikeforce Technologies, Inc. v. Centrify
Corporation, Civil Action No. 16-3574 (JMV) are hereby consolidated for discovery and
pretrial purposes under lead docket 16-3571 (JMV).
