Selling and Investor Mentality

As silly as many of you may find this -- a significant announcement, such as the long awaited move to the OTCQX, often generates what many investors believe to be a liquidity event and thus an opportunity to sell. An accumulation of offers and downward price trend is quite common but typically short-lived.

VTSI is a strong company trading at a trailing P/E of less than 19. This will not remain as new investor eyes and institutional buyers find this little gem IMHO.
