Dear Mr. Rinde:

I'm a shareholder in Solaris Power Cells (sym SPCL). They are reverse merging with Pixel Holdings. My understanding from their 8-K and Share Exchange Agreement (filed May 2016) was a closing was to be held in your office today at 4pm between the two parties.

Would it be possible you could confirm the two parties met today for the closing?

If not, would you know the date when the two parties might be meeting? Or have met? Thank you.
