IR caught in another lie. Just today IR claimed TPAC was not issuing shares or selling shares of TPAC. Today 11/29 TPAC designated/Issued shares of Series B Preferred shares. They only had 200 million shares left in the A/S. This will most definitely cause a R/S or a A/S increase at the minimum
