Exactly no one know the when the announcement date otherwise it would be insider trading and the announcement was going around due to speculation and judgement through research. And it makes sense to predict yesterday or today was the due date for news per late 8k since they change spcl board directors. It doesn't make sense to change directors who are related to vert capital if the deal has not been closed.

So far, everything is in line per 8k now we just wait for the announcement. But the merger has happened.
