What needs to be understood is that bagasse is a waste by product of sugar cane harvesting. There are, quite literally, millions and millions of tons of it hanging around. No one yet, has found a profitable use for it. Fermenting it with molasses seems to make it eatable for cattle. But that process doesn't have any advantage over any other cattle feed and is not appreciably less expensive. It can be processed to make an oil absorbent, but there is little demand/market for that. It also can be burned for energy production, but even that shows little promise as yet.

Bagasse is a waste product. There is no evidence, none whatsoever, that combining it with some magic elixir makes it good for cattle ... or even eatable/desirable for cattle.
