The discount is only 12.5% to market on the $5M and is done as needed by the company. It's not nearly as bad as the 50% discounts we've been dealing with. Not to mention they'll have to file an S1 before they can even access it which could take months. With dilution done for now who knows where the price will be by the time they can access this line of credit and what catalysts may be in play by then
