Usually there is some movement. The idea that they will produce something working, and by when, is public knowledge. In the summer we saw plenty of optimistic buying for this event. It could be that at this very time success is still unknown, that would explain the flat trading. Also the trading from recent months of LPC sales will throw new investors off at a glance.
