OTCQX Advisor

BillPR you are correct that an Advisor is required. I believe VirTra is using its SEC counsel as its Advisor so I don't see a delay in that. I am waiting to see a filing with OTCQX disclosure standards as this is a prerequisite to moving up the quotation to the OTCQX.
