Regarding your comment about his style, I know someone who knows him very well, and has made exactly the same point for several years.

My SWAG is that prior to the last shareholder meeting, the stock had reached a high around .20, based on far less information about progress than we have now. So we're likely to reach that, or perhaps break above it, in the near term.
