I'm not sure what court your referring to but what you've stated is completely inaccurate. NONE of the allegations were thrown out in the state case even after several attempts from the Dullards to remove them.

I think it was stated before "MW had no leverage" and now he does? It's good the SA guys finally acknowledge that there were charges against them. Now it's time to realize (as they did before) the charges were overwhelming as was the evidence presented to the court.
