There is no specific cost basis delineated in the filings, nor is the loan amount restricted to 55,000

Therefore, there is no way of knowing what the cost basis is - EXCEPT that the schedule 13 provided a computation for converting the cost basis. And that certainly doesn't yield .0036/share

Look for yourself - right on page 2.
