Great post mate.

What I find interesting && its PURE SPECULATION on my part:

The 8k clearly states that Pixel will appoint 3 DIRECTORS on the closing date. Nevada SOS site has 3 new DIRECTORS. Some titles say treasury, president, etc etc BUT all 3 new officers have a title that says director. The officers were updated on 11/21 (please correct me if I am wrong) which could possibly make that the closing date. So, according to the 5/23 8k, they are required to file an 8k within 4 business days of Closing. Could 11/21 have been closing? Could we see the 8k Monday evening since it is the fourth business day from 11/21? Man would that be the best xmas gift this year. $SPCL
