It's best to sharpen up on Chilean Law. The facts are simple, the precautionary measure stays put against Barrick Gold Corp at Pascua Chile. No matter how twisted Barrick makes the facts, they do not own the Tesoro claims group contrary to the Pascua Lama 43-101 of ABX and SLW.

Where is the securities commission on all this, they obviously are supporting the fraud of Barrick.
