A/S REDUCTION 20% 5B => 3.75 B

ONC* Had a 5 Billion A/S , same as SFOR
ONC* Reduced by 1.25 Billion 20%
ONC* Share Price Quadrupled from .005 to .02

SFOR could do the same, maintain it at .02 and higher with a nice string of contract announcement following the Reduction. Quadruple Market CAP and prep SFOR for the Uplist.
Also put to bed the idea of further dilution.

It wouldn't take 2 billion, only 1.25 billion.
