Facetious or serious? Are you trying to say he saw through all this? He didn't give up Board seats to Visser for the very reason of what is going on now - he could be pushed out, but he re-upped for only one year, had his options accelerated, etc. etc. etc - almost like he saw all this coming and planned it all out.

Honestly, one year's salary and one year's benes while Lugee's money and push makes Steipp ridiculously wealthy while he sits at home is pretty sweet. I think Steipp will be smiling as he's carving that turkey thinking he's not so sad he was pushed out early.

Damn, I think you're saying he's he had this whole deal meticulously planned out from the get-go and didn't really care if he was annexed in the process, meanwhile no one really is hurt, but almost everyone benefits. If that's what you're saying, I think you're 100% right, too. Wow.
