Excellent accurate summary.

Also if he thinks that 500mil plus his 70 mil (570 mil) will be enough to have controlling over 50% interest in the company.

It Tells me he does not think the OS can grow to the same value plus a share and I am sure he gave himself ample buffer room.

This tells me dilution is under control here and as revenu comes in I suggested he starts using some of it to exercise a buyback of shares while they are under .01

This is a GEM that the market has not noticed yet.
