I haven't been around TCLL long enough to know their track record for when they file, but most companies that wait until the last day to file typically will have their filing show up after hours.

Since TCLL did the PR the day after they filed, if they do that again, then it makes sense that the 10Q will show up AH, followed by the PR tomorow AM.
