**** UNCLE FESTER'S PHONECALL - POST #16489 ****

Just got off a 45 minute phone call last week with the former marketing director, IR, social media guy for SPCL. Caught him at a good moment I guess. Sorry for the late update, but he was very informative.

The reverse merger is still on. He stated that what he has heard is that the legal filings were more complicated than they first expected, but everything is still in the works.

He also stated that the company is closer to 60M in revenue now and growing. He could only speculate as to why they're breaking this out as a separate company, but was firm on the question of whether this is still actually happening.

He was very negative on the former CEO stating that all he really wanted out of the deal, he got, which was the original product and ownership of all of it back in his hands. He also tried to pitch me on another one of his stocks! LOL

For what it's worth, something similar happened with SHOM and their reverse merger back in April and they are just now getting their first PR out recently and their filings are still in the works. GLTA

Now keep in mind his role in the big picture, so he's no legal expert or accountant, but I've been around the block a few times and I can tell when someone's blowing smoke. He had no hidden agenda. He just told me what he knew based on what seemed to be a couple of people he was still in contact with on the matter. It was almost as if he was appreciative of where this was headed if for no other reason than to have the original CEO out of the mix who he considers to be a shyster. For what it's worth, after the call, I felt better about my SPCL shares long and strong. GLTA
