There is one thing a lot are missing here. Peter Thiel, Trump has appointed him to his transition team. Co founder of Paypal, and Facebook board member. Huge investor in Leafly.com a marijuana company.

Trump makes the decisions, Sessions will do what Trump orders, regardless of how he feels. Trump is neutral on Weed, and also a businessman. I doubt very seriously that he is going to hurt, or let someone hurt not only a friend of his investment (Thiel), in addition Thiel recently donated a mill and a half to Trumps campaign.

Sessions is a non issue. Trump calls the shots!
