Too funny!! It made sense for Walthers to sttle because his carcass was in a bind. Nothing more, nothing less. IFUS/MW/SE have no rights to the Patent and never will have any rights to the Patent. MW and SE owe Adelstein/Energy Supreme LLC approximately $500,000.00 + 18% interst per annum until paid in full.

IFUS CEO could have done any of those things before. However, he didn't, and won't, because doing those things takes skill and work. Walthers' only claim to fame is defrauding others, never paying vendors, attorneys, friends or family and then filing BK.
