We currently have an exclusive license on U.S. patent application #20130190274, Topical Drug Delivery
System with Dual Carriers. We licensed this patent from Dr. Phillips and the agreements is perpetual and exclusive
so long as we pay a royalty of $.25 per product sold, or $1,000 per month, whichever is greater, starting in June 2014.

We currently have FDA approval to sell many of our products as OTC medications. We plan to add to this
list of approved products during 2016
