The condominium's prior owners wanted a very fast sale/cash closing, because they were having some health issues and needed the money.

No one but the now minority owner and Christopher Petzel, know the exact circumstances of the Framepool AG deal terms or how they came to a fair valuation and agreed upon a price. All i CAN tell you is that Broadside Enterprises did well on their first acquisition and the substantial revenues from Framepool AG, are already infusing into the bank account of Broadside Enterprises.

The financials of the acquisition will be out in the next quarterly report, so I simply suggest you keep your eye out for it.
