When he said days this means all parties have not cut off the possibilities of settlement and that they are negotiating in good faith.


Years is unlikely but I understand why he said it. A trial will happen much quicker than years. Plus if there was no chance of settlement then they would ask for an injunction.


I haven't been posting much because I really don't care. I'm a long term investor and I didn't sell my car to invest. I used what I could afford to sit and wait and watch it grow at a bigger return than the S and P.
