Explain how a solar cell that dumps its excess electricity to a set of ultra-caps built into its back side is going to change storage sue history?

Wow . . . SPCL is going to make a battery for Ecigs . . . ah . . . why not just BUY batteries already out on market?

Can not understand why this stock would be useful to any investor.

Reminds my of the Swiss company that was going to revolutionize the energy use spectrum by using solar cell electricity to bubble H out of water and store it (somehow).

Can anyone out there explain why this is not a NV freak show scam
